The following words and terms used in this document carry specific meanings and must be interpreted accordingly:

3.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

bdg99 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (including Sonali Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and other major commercial banks). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳500.

• Deposited funds are generally credited to the account instantly.
• Deposits made through a third party or from someone else's bank account are prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The following conditions apply to withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed via the same method used for the deposit.
• Funds related to any active bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% bonus is available on the first deposit at bdg99, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500; depositing ৳14,000 or more earns the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, for a total of ৳24,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times, applied only to the bonus amount (not the combined total of deposit and bonus). For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawing funds earned from the bonus.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period and conditions; these are detailed on the specific offer's page.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, bdg99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus and confiscate any associated winnings.
• bdg99 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer without prior notice.
• If multiple persons from the same household, device, or IP address claim a bonus, an investigation will be conducted.

bdg99's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. The weekly cashback rate increases as you move to a higher tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.

VIP tier changes are at bdg99's discretion and depend on continued activity and compliance with the platform's guidelines. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the registered account holder.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure:

• Any form of fraud, fraudulent transactions, or attempts at money laundering.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to play games or place bets.
• Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
• Contacting customer support with threats, harassment, or abusive language.
• Selling or transferring your account to a third party.
• Registering using a false or another person's identity.

6.2 Consequences of Account Closure

If prohibited activity is proven, bdg99 reserves the right to seize all funds in the account and take legal action. If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, any valid funds remaining in the balance will be returned.

Users are granted limited permission to use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes. The following activities are expressly prohibited:

8.1 Nature of Service
